    If you don’t measure it, you can’t improve it!

    That’s a quote that I live by and agree with the other points you have mentioned. If you want to lift productivity in any team then you need to have a process to track and manage it.

    A task management tool is a great place to start, as is time tracking (if you bill by the hour) and working our processes/systems for recurring job functions.
