Which tool do you use to manage your social media?
There are plenty of debates among social media marketers on what the best tool on the market is, but what do the actual consumers have to say?
G2Crowd, a business software review platform, and Ian Anderson Gray of the Seriously Social blog have partnered up to create a detailed infographic on the top five rated social media management tools of today by studying detailed customer reviews for each of the tools.
The infographic shows what consumers think of each of the top five tools using various criteria, such as product direction and user satisfaction, usability and customer service, among others.
We get to see what regular users have to say about each feature – which tool they prefer for the ability to improve their productivity, for example, or which of the tools has the ability to meet the latest trends in social media so that you’re always on top of things.
The infographic is great for those who want to try a new social media management tool, or those who aren’t pleased with their current tool and want to try a new one. A better tool can help you increase your results and can make your life much easier.
Check out all the results of the study below and find out which tools consumers prefer, and why.
I’m a big fan of HootSuite (I’m using the PRO version).
I’d love to know which is your favourite tool, so please do leave a comment and let me know why!
