Choosing a web hosting provider can become a daunting task considering all the options that you have available to you.

Nearly all hosting providers offer every level from shared hosting to dedicated server hosting. Most of them only ever do a few of those services well.

Then like most people who have been able to narrow it down between two: Bluehost vs Godaddy, comparing their similarities and what set them apart can be a time consuming search that leads you deep into the pages of their website just to find the specifications of each feature.

The infographic created by PIDeals illustrates the features and offerings of these two web hosts in a side by side comparison based on:

  • Support
  • Performance
  • Feature Commonalities and Individualities
  • Money Back Guarantee
  • Company Info & Pricing

Whichever factors are important to you when deciding on your hosting needs with this infographic you will quickly be able to compare each feature and discover the level it will be delivered at.

Which web host is your favorite and who do you think deserves the crown?

The final verdict is up to you.

Who, in your opinion, deserves the crown?

    Hello Erik,
It’s great infographic. Personally, I am not a big fan of Bluehost. Their host and speed is not that much good.
Though, it’s a nice innfographic with detailed comparison between both.

    Erik,

Well done infographic. I like infographics and this one does a really good job of comparing the two hosting companies.

As far as who I would pick – I would have to say neither.

While I use GoDaddy for all of my domains I do not like them as a hosting company. I think they have some problems when it comes to hosting.

As far as Blue Host goes I have never used them for my hosting. I have a friend who did and had nothing but problems with them.

I use HostGator and have never had a problem that did not get resolved immediately.

I think what you like for hosting is very personal. I know people who like and people who dislike most every hosting out there.

I did love the infographic though.

    Great post.

      Hi Deen Ann,
thanks for sharing your honest views and experience with both services mentioned in this infographic.

Like you, I use GoDaddy just for the domain purchasing service, while I don’t have any experience with BlueHost.
My sites are hosted with HostGator in a dedicated server and I’m very happy with them! πŸ™‚

    A very great infographic post.
According to my experience, BlueHost is just outstanding for small blogs. Their contact support is very fast and reliable. I have been using it since I started self-hosted WordPress blogs.

I have bought a domain and hosting in Bluehost, but the performance is bit low compared to Godaddy hosting. Later I bought one more doamin from Godaddy, this time I blindly went for Godaddy hosting, now it is working like great, here you have presented a very good comparative infographic. I appreciate your effort. Thanks.

    Hi Eric,

Although Godaddy is a pretty big organization and serves all size of customers but its shared hosting services doesn’t fit for all. On the other hand, Bluehost offers shared hosting services for everyone that includes standard shared hosting services, managed shared hosting services & cloud hosting services.

In my personal experience, Bluehost servers perform slightly better than Godaddy but Godaddy is cheaper compare to Bluehost so we can’t complain much.

I really liked the comparison. You really highlighted some insights about both the web hosting companies.

Bluehost is the best service provider, I know that because of I’m using it since Year 2009, It’s support team is really too good. Godaddy is a cheater company and support service is very cheap even they haven’t toll-free number yet.

Bluehost is way better than Godaddy. For me, Godaddy is only for domains. If you are planning to build few niche or low traffic site then Bluehost is a great choice.

Even Hostgator works for me very well.

    Hello,
This is Annie and i think Bluehost is good for hosting and Godaddy is only good for domain only if you are directly buying domains because sometimes while searching domains using Godaddy they increases the cost of domains instantly. So i use Bigrock to research domain then directly by from Godaddy.
    Thank you
